Pickup & Drop-off Procedure
• The customer must inspect the bike carefully before accepting it and ensure it is in good working condition.
• If any damage or malfunction is found, the customer has the right to refuse the bike or request a replacement.
Video & Photos

Video service is available upon request for USD $10. You will receive a short, edited video of your cycling experience in Downtown Cairo. Delivery will be within 5–7 days from the rental date.

Allowed Riding Area
• Riding is allowed only within the specified area, either:
• Zamalek or Downtown (as selected during booking).
• It is strictly not allowed to leave the designated area.
Protection & Policy
• Late Pickup:
Please arrive on time. The maximum waiting time is 30 minutes.
If the customer is late beyond this period, the booking will be canceled.
• Late Drop-off:
The maximum waiting time is 30 minutes.
If the customer is late beyond this period, a $5 late fee will be charged.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
• In case of booking cancellation, the paid amount will be refunded within 42 hours.
Damage Policy
• If the bike is returned with damage, the case will be reviewed, and any applicable damage charges will be determined accordingly.
Pickup & Drop-off Schedule
• Pickup Time: From 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM
• Drop-off Time: From 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM on the following day
